Three possible fee structures exist.
First, in cases involving personal injury and some employemnt cases the matter would likely be contingency based. A contingency based arrangement means that we do not collect a fee unless we collect moneySecond, in a flat fee arrangement a one time flat fee (does not include expense or court costs) is charged. Such an arrangement is most common in a will drafting, traffic ticket matter and some criminal defense matters. Please see below for more information on the fees in those type of cases.
Finally, in hourly cases, a fee for attorney time starts at $300 per hour and increases depending on the complexity of the case.
